Hi, My name is Erin. My experience with newborns spans across years in the childcare
field. I have 13 years of watching babies. Including singles, multiples and premature babies with extra needs- I have experienced it. I have worked with babies with reflux and colic, babies on oxygen and babies with feeding tubes. I also help with sleep training and getting the baby(ies) on a great schedule. Plus, I am the oldest of four children, so I have been around babies my entire life!
I have a Bachelors in Communication Studies and a Masters in Counseling. I have taken
classes about child and parent attachment and what that looks like for babies at different developmental stages. I’m fascinated with the process of attachment! Other classes I’ve taken include human development, family systems, sleep training classes and infant and child CPR. I love learning and am always on the lookout for the newest baby information to help me be a knowledgeable night nanny.
I love working with newborns and I am personable, outgoing, insightful, kind, organized and detail-oriented. Communication with the parents and their routine for the baby(ies) is important. The more continuity for baby, parents and night nanny, the better for everyone! I look forward to working with your family!
