Nicole
Nicole is a San Francisco Bay Area native and has had 15 years of childvare experience ranging from full-time nanny to occasional babysitter. Nicole has a passion for infant care and especially enjoys working with multiples. Nicole has had the opportunity to provide long-term day and nighttime care for over 2 dozen families. Being the oldest of 5 children, Nicole began to develop her passion for childcare and her love for and ease with newborns at a very early age. Growing up in a local church, Nicole began running the infant nursery at age 15 which quickly got her comfortable working with more than one baby at a time and also provided her with many families for her to join as their childcare provider. After graduating high school, Nicole began to pursue her AA in Vocal Performance at Las Positas College however a few years later decided to pursue her Chrisitan Education Degree with an emphasis in Youth Ministry from Patten Bible College in Oakland, CA. Throughout her college years, Nicole worked as a full time nanny and began her adventure in overnight newborn care often staying with children while their parents traveled. Since her move to Denver in 2005, Nicole has thouroughly enjoyed the families that she has been able to work with through Night Nannies for Newborns. Nicole spends her days working as the Student Ministry Events Coordinator for the Foothills Bible Church allowing Nicole to spend time with her second love: teenagers. Nicole considers herself to be a "forever learner" looking at each new day, each new experience, and each book read as an opportunity for growth. In her free time Nicole loves traveling, reading, participating in the Arts and watching Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.
